US "STATE OF NEW YORK" BELT PLATE

Dug by my friend Kenny Mac in Virginia last year. We were talking on the phone while he was metal detecting. I told him "You need to get off the phone and keep digging, there may be a SNY in the area." He had already dug a New York button. He hung up, took one step and dug this! Great find Kenny!
