It has a fixed 36" long straight heavy style anodized aluminum handle. Comes with a rubber grip for comfort. The aluminum bucket has 5/8" diameter holes punched into the sides and the back of the scoop. The bucket of this scoop is heavy gauge aluminum. The bucket of the sand scoop has a diameter of 5" with a length of 7". A aluminum brace at the junction of the handle and the bucket for additional strength. This lightweight shallow water scoop weighs just a 2 pounds. Overall length of this sand scoop is about 41" long. Made in the U.S.A.
